Be grateful – It’s good for your mental health!

Following reading the NY Times article a few months ago about gratefulness, I began to make it a daily practice.  I set an alarm on my phone, and when it goes off, I list all of the things that I am grateful for.  It only takes a few minutes and it makes a huge difference in my perception of things.
